BI Sets Further Provisions on the Carriage of Foreign Banknotes

Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) has just issued Regulation of the Members of Board of Governors No. 20/12/PADG/2018 on Implementing Guidelines for the Carriage of Foreign Banknotes into and out of Indonesian Customs Territories (“ Regulation 12/2018 ”). Regulation 12/2018 serves as an implementation of Regulation of BI on the Carriage of Foreign Banknotes into and out of Indonesian Customs Territories, as amended by Regulation of BI .
