BI to Provide Information on Granting of Incentives to Banks That Provide Funding for Certain and Inclusive Economic Activities During March and April 2023

The Bank Indonesia (“ BI ”) Board of Governors has issued the Second Amendment (“ Second Amendment ”) to Regulation of the BI Board of Governors No. 24/4/PADG/2022 on the Implementing Regulation on Incentives for Banks That Provide Funding for Certain and Inclusive Economic Activities, which was previously amended through the issuance of Regulation No. 24/12/PADG/2022 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 24/2022 ”). The Second Amendment has now been issued in line with efforts to support economic recovery, particularly within certain priority sectors, [1] and will come into force on 1 April 2023.
