Control over the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system was officially transferred from the Coordinating Ministry of Economic Affairs to the Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal– “ BKPM ”) on 2 January 2019. [1] As a result, the BKPM has now issued Regulation No. 1 of 2020 on Guidelines for the Implementation of Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services (“ Regulation 1/2020 ”).
