BKPM Licensing Regime Integrated into OSS System

With the overall objective of adjusting the investment licensing regime so that it is fully integrated into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, as elucidated under Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”), [1] the Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal– “ BKPM ”) has issued Regulation on Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Licensing and Facilities (“ Regulation 6/2018 ”).In essence, Regulation 6/2018 addresses the following issues:
