BKPM Regulates Risk-Based Business Licensing Services and Investment Facilities

In order to ensure legal certainty during the implementation of risk-based business licensing, as originally stipulated under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”) [1] , the Investment Coordinating Board (Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal– “ BKPM ”) has issued Regulation of BKPM No. 4 of 2021 on Guidelines and Procedures for Risk-Based Business Licensing Services and Investment Facilities (“ Regulation 4/2021 ”).
