To improve the National Logistics System, the President recently issued Regulation No. 26 of 2012 on the National Logistics System Development Blueprint (“Regulation”). As explained in recital of the Regulation, the Regulation was issued to support broader economic plans, namely the 2011-2025 master plan for the acceleration and expansion of Indonesian economic development (MP3EI).
