The Head of the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal– “ BPJPH ”) has introduced a new set of technical guidelines that specifically address the registration of developed products (“ Products ”) for which halal certification (‘ Certification ”) has previously been secured through the issuance of Regulation No. 76 of 2023 (“ Regulation 76/2023 ”), which has been in force since 12 September 2023.
