BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Introduces Details on Disbursements of Cash Benefits and Employment-Training Benefits under the JKP Program

As a follow up to the introduction of the Unemployment Insurance (Jaminan Kehilangan Pekerjaan– “ JKP ”) program, the Social Security Agency for Employment (“ BPJS Ketenagakerjaan ”) recently issued Regulation No. 1 of 2022 on Payments of Cash Benefits and Employment Training Benefits under the Unemployment Insurance Program (“ Regulation 1/2022 ”), which will serve as the legal framework for the disbursement of cash benefits and employment-training benefits, as provided under the JKP program.
