In 2015, the government established a dedicated framework that addressed work-accident insurance (Jaminan Kecelakaan Kerja– “ JKK ”) and life insurance (Jaminan Kematian– “ JKM ”) programs (collectively referred to as “ Insurance Programs ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 44 of 2015 on the Organization of Work Accident Insurance and Life Insurance Programs. This framework was subsequently amended by Regulation of the Government No. 82 of 2019 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 44/2015 ”). [1]
