BPOM Prepares Draft Regulation on Standards for Business Activities and Products for the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Food and Drugs Sector

In an effort to implement the organization of risk-based business licensing within the food and drugs sector, as mandated under Regulation of the Government No. 5 of 2021 on the Organization of Risk-Based Business Licensing (“ Regulation 5/2021 ”), [1] the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “ BPOM ”) is currently preparing the Draft Regulation on Standards for Business Activities and Products for the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing Within the Food and Drugs Sector (“ Draft Regulation ”).
