The Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “ BPOM ”) is currently completing work on a new Draft Regulation on Procedures for the Issuance of Good Manufacturing Practices for Processed Food (Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan yang Baik– “ CPPOB ”) Implementation Licenses (“ Draft Regulation ”). If it is ultimately enforced, then this Draft Regulation will repeal and replace Regulation of BPOM No. 22 of 2021 , which bears the same title as the Draft Regulation (“ Regulation 22/2021 ”). [1]
