The National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badang Pengawas Obat dan Makanan –“ BPOM ”) recently issued the second iteration of the Draft Regulation on Procedures for Clinical Testing Implementation Approvals (“ Draft Regulation ”), which is being aimed at improving the quality of drugs, processed foods and cosmetics products that are distributed within Indonesia. [1] If the Draft Regulation is ultimately approved and promulgated, then it will repeal and replace the following regulations: [2]
