BSN Expands Assessment Scheme for SNI Compliance to Include Ecolabeling Criteria

In order to implement the mandate originally set out under Regulation of the Government No. 34 of 2018 on the Standardization System and National Compliance Assessment (“ Regulation 34/2018 ”), the National Standardization Agency (Badan Standardisasi Nasional– “ BSN ”) has issued Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Ecolabeling Criteria for the Assessment Scheme for Compliance with the National Indonesian Standard (Standar Nasional Indonesia– “ SNI ”) (“ Regulation 3/2023 ”), which has been in force since 20 February 2023.
