Certain Industrial and Industrial Area Companies Required to Submit Exhaust Gas Emissions Reports Every Thursday until 31 December 2023

In response to the ongoing deterioration in air quality in DKI Jakarta, West Java and Banten, the Minister of Industry (“ Minister ”) has issued Circular No. 2 of 2023 on the Reporting of Exhaust Gas Emissions (Emisi Gas Buang) Within the Industrial Sector in Areas of the Special Region of DKI Jakarta and West Java and Banten Provinces (“ Circular 2/2023 ”), which mandates that certain companies should submit exhaust gas emissions report to the Minister on a weekly basis between 25 August 2023 and 31 December 2023 .
