Certain PLTS Constructions Projects Eligible to Secure TKDN Relaxation Up until 30 June 2025

In a bid to expedite the development of electrical infrastructure that prioritize the utilization of domestic products, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (“ Minister ”) aims to set forth the applicable domestic component level (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri– “ TKDN ”) for electrical infrastructure construction projects (“ Electrical Projects ”) through the issuance of Regulation No. 11 of 2024 on the Utilization of Domestic Products for the Construction of Electrical Infrastructure (“ Regulation 11/2024 ”), which has been in force since 31 July 2024.
