Certification of Parties Transporting Dangerous Freight Regulated

As originally mandated under Regulation of the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) No. PM 60 of 2019 on the Organization of Road Freight Motor Vehicles (“ Regulation 60/2019 ”), any transportation of dangerous freight should utilize special facilities and should be conducted by human resources which have relevant competence. [1] In order to clarify these requirements, the Minister has now issued Regulation No. PM 77 of 2021 on the Competence of Human Resources Working with Dangerous Road Freight Motor Vehicles (“ Regulation 77/2021 ”).
