Minister of Trade Regulation No. 06/M-DAG/PER/3/2011 of 2011 on the Allocation of Types and Quantities of Imported Alcoholic Beverages Subject to Import Duties (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement Article 8 of Minister of Trade Regulation No. 43/MDAG/PER/9/2009 on the Procurement, Distribution, Sale, Supervision, and Control of Alcoholic Beverages Subject to Import Duties, as Amended by 53/M-DAG/PER/12/2010 regarding the same issue (“Previous Regulation”).
