In an effort to optimize immigration support during the reopening of the tourism sector in the wake of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic, the Director-General of Immigration (“ Director-General ”) has issued Circular No. IMI-0133.GR.01.01 of 2023 on Immigration Policies for Electronic Visa on Arrival (“ e-VOA ”), Visa on Arrival and Free Visit Visa Services to Support Sustainable Tourism During the Corona Virus Disease 2019 Pandemic (“ Circular 133/2023 ”), which has been in force since 19 April 2023 and which simultaneously repeals and replaces Circular of the Director-General No. IMI-0076.GR.01.01 of 2023 (“ Circular 76/2023 ”).
