CK-5 and CK-6 Now Eligible for Adjustments under New CKB Legal Framework

The Director-General of Customs and Excise (“ Director-General ”) has issued Regulation No. PER-13/BC/2023 of 2023 (“ Regulation 13/2023 ”) on Procedures for the Storage, Entry, Release and Transportation of Excisable Goods (Barang Kena Cukai– “ BKC ”). The issuance of Regulation 13/2023 simultaneously repeals and replaces Regulation of the Director-General No. PER-2/BC/2015 of 2015 , which bore the same title, along with its amendment (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 2/2015 ”).
