Recent days have seen the confirmation of 2 Presidential Regulations the first of these, RegulationNo. 26 of 2007sets out the criteria and conditions to be considered in compiling a list of business sectors that are closed or open but with conditions, all within the framework of the Law on Capital Investment (Law No. 25 of 2007). Specifically, the Regulation endeavors to facilitate the implementation of Articles 12(4) and 13(1) of the Capital Investment Law.
