Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 13/19/PBI/2011 on the Amendment to Bank Indonesia Regulation No. 8/12/PBI/2006 on Commercial Bank Periodic Reports (“Regulation”) has been issued to make accurate and complete bank data and information available in a timely manner. On a broader level, the Regulation is aimed at implementing monetary policy, furthering supervision and control of the financial system, and improving banking oversight. In addition, the Regulation is aimed at adjusting the submission deadline for commercial bank periodic reports (laporan berkala bank umum– LBBU).
