Commercial Bank Reporting Update: Semesterly and Sustainability Publication Reports Announced, Administrative Sanctions Expanded

In 2019, the Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan– “ OJK ”) introduced Regulation No. 37/POJK.03/2019 on Transparency and the Publication of Bank Reports (“ Regulation 37/2019 ”). In essence, this framework addresses a wide scope of areas that specifically relate to the mandatory preparation, announcement and submission of publication reports (“ Reports ”) by commercial banks (“ Banks ”).
