Compliance Licensing for Broadcasters with Radio, TV, and Pay TV licenses

A compliance license is a means for the Government to manage and arrange multiple broadcast licenses as mandated under Article 60(2) ofLaw No. 32 of 2002on Broadcasting (Broadcasting Law), Article 71(2) of Government RegulationNo. 50 of 2005on Broadcasting Organization of Private Broadcasters, and Article 66(2) of Government RegulationNo. 52 of 2005on Broadcasting Organization of Subscription Broadcasters (see ILB 8/12/2006).
