The 2006 Minimum Wage for Jakarta was confirmed in Governor of Jakarta Decision No. 2093 of 2005 (see ILB 18/11/2005) and there is an additional requirement th at the minimum sectoral wage also be set out in legislation and this was done so on 30 December 2005. The sectoral areas covered by this Decision,No. 2444 of 2005, are noted in the Attachment to the Decision.
