Constitutional Court - No Legal Standing, No Need to Review Substance

The Constitutional Court handed down its decision in the judicial review matter concerning theLaw No. 5 of 2004which amendedLaw No. 14 of 1985on the Supreme Court andLaw No. 22 of 2004on the Judicial Commission. The Court although stating it had the requisite legal authority to hear the matter, it went on to state that the Applicant did not possess the requisite legal standing to bring the matter.
