The Minister of Communication and Information Technology has issued Regulation No. 07/PER/M.KOMINFO/03/2012 on Technical Requirements for Contactless Smart Cards (“2012 Regulation”). The Regulation was issued in accordance with Article 2 (1) of Minister of Communication and Information Technology Regulation No. 29/PER/M.KOMINFO/09/2008 on Communication Tools and Equipment Certification (“2008 Regulation”).
