Container Depot Business

Governor of the Special Jakarta Area Regulation No. 119 of 2011 on Container Depot Organizing and Businesses (“Regulation”) has been issued to implement Government Regulation No. 38 of 2007 on the Distribution of Authority between the Central Government, Provincial Government, and Regency/City Government (“PP 38/2007”). Section G Item 3 (61) of the Appendix to PP 38/2007 states that container depot business licenses fall under the authority of the provincial government.
