Continued Support for Liquidity Providers: BEI Extends Futures Contract Fee Waivers until June 2027 Deadline

The Board of Directors (“ BoD ”) of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (“ BEI ”) recently issued Rule No. II-E (“ New Rule II-E ”) as the Appendix to Decree No. Kep-00088/BEI/06-2026 on Futures Contract Trading (“ Decree 88/2026 ”). The enforcement of New Rule II-E has resulted in the repeal and replacement of Rule II-E (“ Previous Rule II-E ”) as the Appendix to the Decree of the BoD of BEI No. Kep-00094/BEI/12-2025 (“ Decree 94/2025 ”), which bore a similar title to Decree 88/2026.
