The Minister of Environmental Affairs and Forestry (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation of the Minister on the Continuous Monitoring of Wastewater Quality and in Network Monitoring for Businesses and/or Activities (“ Regulation 93/2018 ”), which serves as an implementation of Article 68 of Law [1] on Environmental Protection and Management.In essence, Regulation 93/2018 establishes a set of obligations which have to be met bybusinesses in several industries as regards the installation of continuous wastewater monitoring and in network (“ Sparing ”) devices,and specificallyaddresses the following matters:
