In order to support the acceleration of the battery-powered electric motor vehicles program, as stipulated under Regulation of the President No. 55 of 2019 on the Acceleration of the Battery-Powered Electric Motor Vehicles for Road Transportation Program (“ Regulation 55/2019 ”), [1] the Minister of Transportation (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. PM 15 of 2022 on the Conversion of Motor Vehicles Other Than Motorcycles with Combustion Engines to Battery-Powered Electric Motor Vehicles (“ Regulation 15/2022 ”), [2] which addresses the following specific matters:
