Cost Recovery KKKS Now Require Master Agreements with Goods/Services Providers During Procurements

Back in 2023, the Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas (Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Usaha Minyak dan Gas Bumi– “ SKK Migas ”) introduced a set of Working Procedural Guidelines for the Management of Supply Chains - Book Two (“ Procedural Guidelines ”) No. PTK-007/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 on Guidelines for Procurements of Goods/Services - Revision 05 (“ Guidelines 7/2023 ”) as the Appendix to Decree of the Head of SKK Migas No. KEP-0042/SKKIA0000/2023/S9 (“ Decree 42/2023 ”).
