Government Regulation No. 47 of 2012 on Corporate Social Responsibility (“Regulation”) was recently issued to implement Article 74 (4) of Law No. 40 of 2007 on Limited Liability Companies (“Company Law”). Article 74 (4) stipulates that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will be regulated under a Government Regulation.
