Curators and Administrators - Compulsory Registration

The Minister of Law and Human Rights has issued MinisterialRegulation No. M.01-HT.05.10 of 2005on Registration of Curators and Administrators (the “Regulation”) to facilitate the implementation of Article 70(2)(b) and Article 234(3)(b) of Law No. 37 on Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payments (the “Bankruptcy Law”). It is paramount to ensuring the successful application of the Bankruptcy Law that all implementing and supporting regulations are in place as quickly as possible thereby eliminating to the greatest extent possible any perceived or real legal loopholes in the bankruptcy regulatory regime.
