The Minister of Finance (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation on Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Services within the Customs, Excise and Taxation Sectors (“ Regulation 71/2018 ”) with the ultimate objective of integrating the licensing process for the customs, excise and taxation sectors into the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system, as addressed under Regulation of the Government on the Electronically Integrated Business Licensing Service (“ Govt. Regulation 24/2018 ”). [1] In the light of this integration, Regulation 71/2018 specifically sets out procedures which encompass the following:
