Customs-and-Excise Licensing Procedures Simplified for Ease-of-Doing-Business Purposes

As a follow-up to Regulation of the President No. 91 of 2017 on the Acceleration of Business Operations (“ Regulation 91/2017 ”), the Ministry of Finance (“ Ministry ”) has issued Regulation No. 29/PMK.04/2018 on the Acceleration of Customs-and-Excise Licensing for Ease-of-Doing-Business Purposes (“ Regulation 29/2018 ”). [1] Regulation 29/2018 specifically addresses the following matters relating to customs-and-excise registrations:
