Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology (“ Minister ”) No. 5 of 2020 on Private Electronic System Providers, [1] as amended by Regulation of the Minister No. 10 of 2021 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 5/2020 ”), required electronic systems providers (penyelenggara sistem elektronik– “ PSE ”) operating within the private sector (“ Private PSE ”) to register themselves with the Ministry of Communication and Informatics (“ Ministry ”). This obligation must be fulfilled no later than six months after the implementation of risk-based business licensing through the Online Single Submission (“ OSS ”) system comes into effect. [2]
