Deadline to Secure Mobile Content License Extended

The Minister of Communications and Information Technology (“Minister”) has issued Regulation No. 24 of 2014 (“Second Amendment”) to amend  Regulation No. 21 of 2013 on Organizing Mobile Content Services for Mobile Networks and Fixed Local Wireless Networks with Limited Mobility (“2013 Regulation”). [1] The Second Amendment is of relevance to mobile content providers, as well as GSM [2] and CDMA [3] operators and providers/operators (“Mobile Provider”).
