Minister of Communication and Information Regulation No 22/PER/M.KOMINFO/11/2011 on Organizing Free-to-Air Terrestrial Digital Television (“Regulation”) was issued to regulate the transition from analogue to digital broadcasting technology. The Regulation is also aimed at addressing the issue of limited radio frequency availability for terrestrial television broadcasting.
