Digitalization of Land Registrations Further Amended

With due consideration being paid to the readiness of the relevant supporting data, as well as to information technology facilities and infrastructure, the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Layout/Head of the National Land Agency (“ Minister ”) has decided to readjust the formatting and content of certificates for land rights, rights to manage (hak pengelolaan– “ HPL ”), waqf lands, strata titles and mortgages. [1] With this goal in mind, the Minister has issued Regulation No. 7 of 2019 (“ Second Amendment ”), which is the second amendment to Regulation of the Minister No. 3 of 1997 on the Implementation of the Provisions of Regulation of the Government No. 24 of 1997 on Land Registrations (“ Regulation 3/1997 ”).
