The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) has issued Regulation No. 16 of 2026 on Export Policies and Arrangements for the Strategic Natural Resource Commodity of Palm Oil (“ Regulation 16/2026 ”). This framework has now repealed and replaced Regulation of the Minister No. 26 of 2024 on Export Provisions for Palm Oil Derivative Products, as amended by Regulation of the Minister No. 2 of 2025 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 26/2024 ”).
