The Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) recently issued Regulation No. 70 of 2019 on the Direct Distribution of Goods (“ Regulation 70/2019 ”). This new regulatory framework functions as an implementing regulation to Regulation of the Minister of Trade (“ Minister ”) No. 22/M-DAG/PER/3/2016 0n General Provisions for the Distribution of Goods, as amended by Regulation of the Minister No. 66 of 2019 (collectively referred to as “ Regulation 22/2016 ”).
