Disbursement of JHT Program Benefits: Pension-Related Disbursement Requirements Revised

Through the issuance of Regulation No. 2 of 2022 (“ Regulation 2/2022 ”), the Minister of Manpower (“ Minister ”) has redefined the various procedures and requirements that apply in relation to the disbursement of benefits from the old-age insurance (program jaminan hari tua– “ JHT ”) program. Previously, said procedures and requirements were addressed under the now-repealed Regulation of the Minister No. 19 of 2015 [1] (“ Regulation 19/2015 ”). [2]
