The Minister of Trade has issued RegulationNo. 08/M-DAG/PER/3/2006to amend Regulation No. 04/M-DAG/PER/2/2006 on 23 March 2006 (see ILB 27/2/2006). The amendment effects only Article 22(1) and (2) and changes the period for distributors and retailers to unload their stock of dangerous substances to end users from 1 month to 4 months.
