The desire to expedite licensing and permitting procedures as a means of facilitating greater levels of capital investment has driven the government to issue Government RegulationNo. 38 of 2007. This Regulation will allow for the implementation of Article 14(3) ofLaw No. 32 of 2004on Regional Government and Article 30(9) ofLaw No. 25 of 2007on Capital Investment.
