In 2019, the government introduced Regulation of the Government No. 48 of 2019 on Levy Amounts and the Utilization of Levies (Iuran) for Business Entities Engaging in the Supply, Distribution and Transportation of Fuel and Natural Gas via Pipelines (“ Regulation 48/2019 ”), which outlined a wide array of aspects relating to said levies (e.g. applicable percentages, reporting obligations and so forth).
