Since early July 2026, the Indonesian Government, working alongside its counterparts in Indonesia’s House of Representatives (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat– “ DPR ”), has been working on the preparation of the Draft Bill (“ Early Draft Bill ”) [1] on the Indonesian International Financial Center (Pusat Finansial Internasional Indonesia- “ PFII ”). [2] However, on Tuesday, 21 July 2026, the DPR finally passed the Bill on PFII (“ Bill ”). [3]
