Indonesia’s House of Representatives (Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat– “ DPR ”), working alongside its counterparts, has been working on the preparation of the Draft Bill on Manpower (“ Draft Bill ”). If ultimately enforced, this Draft Bill would repeal and replace Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower, as amended several times, most recently by Regulation of the Government in Lieu of Law No. 2 of 2022 (collectively referred to as “ Law 13/2003 ”).
