The House of Representatives (“ House ”) is currently continuing its deliberations of the Draft Bill on the Supervision of Food and Drugs (“ Draft Bill ”). It is hoped that the introduction of this bill will ultimately strengthen the authority and standing of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control (Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan– “ BPOM ”). [1]
