Draft Government Regulation on Mergers and Acquisition - From the KPPU to the Government

The process of finalizing this Draft Government Regulation (Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah / RPP) has taken considerable time, more than a year in fact (see ILB No. 76), however in this instance it may be a case of 'better late than never'. The Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha / KPPU) has finally submitted the RPP to the Department of Law and Human Rights.
