Draft Implementing Regulation to the Job Creation Law: The Right-to-Manage and Land Rights

In the wake of the introduction of Law No. 11 of 2020 on Job Creation (“ Job-Creation Law ”), [1] the Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs has issued several drafts of implementing regulations to the Job Creation Law, which have been made available through the Official Job Creation Law portal . Among the drafts that have already been shared is the Draft Regulation of the Government (Rancangan Peraturan Pemerintah– “ RPP ”) on the Right-to-Manage, Land Rights, Multi-Story Housing Units and Land Registrations.
